Cursor Flicker When Working With Corridors

Just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas as to why this happens. When working with a corridor, usually after a rebuild or other changes I get consistent cursor flicker. See Video >> https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D041016_66376157_673312 it will continue to do this until I restart civil 3D. It has also happened a couple times when not working with corridors, but that's where it happens more time then not. Any thoughts as to what could cause this. Attached is a few cases where the flicker started. Thanks In Advance.

Could multiple corridors in your drawings be rebuilding automatically during those times?

Na it just does it even if everything is idle. I think it has something to do with the processor being overworked, but Im not exactly sure what to do to get it to stop.

Have you turned off the "hardware acceleration"?

I have tried running with hardware acceleration ON as well as OFF. It still does the same thing every time I rebuild a corridor regardless. Also have tried a complete re install of windows as well as civil 3d. No Luck.
