how to set up print lenght of annotaions leader on every scale ?

hello ;

I m using revit mep 2012 . we have some problems about tags
when we want to print as 1/50 also 1/100, we want to not change scale of annotations tags on paper . like pipe size tag leader and diameter tag scale... we want to print every sheet we want to not change leader lenght (pipe size tag leader).

I want to set up lenght of tag leader for every tag at the same time With " select instance" command or ı want to know how I can change lenght of tag leaders

HOW CAN I DO???? PLEASE HELP ME Because we directly want to print our projects from revit without exporting DWG.
