Navisworks Quick Properties not working

I did a clean unistall of all 3 versions of Navisworks. I then reinstalled all 3 versions. The quick properties worked for one day, and then quit working again. Any more ideas?

OK, might I ask what the reason is that you're loading all three versions of NavisWorks Manage? Are you running projects that are still using 2011, 2012, and now 2013? I know there are a couple of compatibility issues but, it seems you would bump them all up to one version just to alleviate any headaches with other features of the program.

Earlier you mentioned it was working on another computer. Is that computer running multiple versions as well or only one version? If you have a computer that has it running, export the quick properties settings and then import them into one of your crippled versions on your machine.

Shift clicking your options just takes you into Global Options.. Basically a few more categories to mess with and totally bork up your whole works..

I am also having problems with the quick properties, as it doesn't seem to like ä ö & å characters found in some languages.
They work within the find command, just not in the quick properties.
Any ideas??
