Most simple door block

Hi,
I am not even sure if this is the right place to post as I am not trying to make real dynamic block.

I have a simple door block and all I want to do is not to have mirrored text when I mirror door. I was tempted to start learning how to make real dynamic door block , but I know that the rest in my firm will not use it as we have a bunch of cad dinosaurs... so for the moment this would be really helpful.
