Default Vertical and horizontal view break in the same view

Summary: It would be usefull to can cut a view in both directions.

Description: When you use vertical "view break", you can't do hirozontal break after, and vice versa. It would be usefull to be able to cut in both directions, and maybe hide (or place) part independently of others.
Also, let us draw (or write) over the "hiden parts between view break".
