Transparent model elements in shaded view???

Anyone have any suggestions as to why some elements are displaying as transparent through other elements? I have searched around for this and have not found anyone else coing across this issue. This image is in shaded view by the way.

If I remember correctly I believe you have to update your video driver under options/graphics. Check to see if you have an error saying you need to update.

The Graphics card is installed in my system but I think is it not updated version. I would deeply appreciate if you could advise me for the same.

As the error message states, you can also turn off your Hardware Acceleration if a new driver is not available. While this doesn't fix it every time, I've seen good results by doing that (actually, the computer I'm typing this on now has this issue and by keeping Hardware Acceleration off it looks good).
