Lets not knock this poor soul for being in this position, instead lets try to help.
Do you really want to live in Iowa? Although Ted is right, you should be getting paid much more then you probably are for this 'Level' of work. The low end of a BIM Manager is $65k/yr. and since you just graduated from Tech school, you're more in the $30-35k, and I wouldn't expect you to be getting more until you've completed much of the companies Revit setup. I would include writing your companies SOP's/standards for Revit, staff training & template in this.
Taking a company from 0-75% is a huge task, I've been working on pieces for my firm for over 5 years now, and I would say we're barely at 75%. Some may argue we're not even at 50%. Just remember there is no 100%, EVER!!!
Best of luck to you Crawford...
