Space Naming Utilty

I am having difficulty with the Space Naming Utilty to work correctly. I have ticked room bounding in the type properties for the architectural link. I then do the usual and create spaces, which works, however when i use the add in "Space Naming Utility", it does not convert my tags to the room names/numbers. I have looked at the architectural model and everything seems to be AOK.

Any ideas on what possibly could be going amiss?

Check the properties for the spaces, and confirm if they see the room name and numbers. If so, I'd check into the tags to see how they are working. Also, I would check if the rooms are on a workset that is unloaded from the model you are synchronizing with.

Also, check phases, if they're being used. We had trouble with the Space Naming Utility once, until we made sure our phases matched the architect phases.
