Lightbulb Revision Schedule not at it should appear?

I have been adding revision clouds and tags to a set of drawings. Then created a revision schedule. I had revision 1 to 5. When I add revision 6, it replaces revision 5 on the schedule, add revision clound/tag 7, it replaces revision 6 on the schedele. Have cheked filters etc, deleted them an replaced them. Same thing.

Can not figure out what I am doing wrong.

Does it matter where the revision clouds are added, either on the page or the layout itself.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this as my last queries seem to have stumped people.

    Never at it seems.

Check under manage tab, then additional settings, then sheet issues/revisions.
The sequence and numbering may be off if all of the numbering column does not say numeric
If one of the upper sequence items is set to alphabetic or none then this would allow numbering to be off.
Click on one of the boxes you can toggle this value.

Also you can pick either numbering per project or per sheet.

Also you have option at last column 'show' to control the view of each revision sequence, pick and toggle none, tag, Cloud and tag.

Check each sheet properties, you can add revision numbers to schedule if no revisions are made on that sheet.
But why would you need this.?
