Default plan or profile labels upside down when exporting

As a follow up to my earlier question, when I export my C3D drawings to AutoCAD, some of the vertical curve labels are upside down, and some of the alignment stations are upside down. I think this is an issue with the UCS. How can I fix this?

I think I have a work-around. I'm going to be giving these drawings over to our client, as it it -- in Microstation format. They won't be edit-able after that, anyway. I'll simply explode the C3D entities through a paperspce viewport.
