Daylight does not touches Land Surface

Hello
I am new to autocad civil 3d and i am using 2012 edition.

I am designing a road. My problem is that my selected assembly which contains daylight.general having a ditch at right side, does not touches the topo/NSL or Ground surface and ends above or below it. I have set the target as NSL and still does not work. Also the corridor boundaries are set to day for both top and bottom surfaces of the corridor.

Here is the section. the problematic parts are circled red.

I am not seeing what the problem might be. Would you mind posting your assembly?

Basic.SideSlope.CutDitch - shoulder.vertical.subbase - Lane.super.elevation.AOR

Set your corridor frequencies to the same as your section lines. The Daylights only work where a corridor section is calculated. By changing the frequency from 20 to 25 this is what that same section now looks like:
