Adding extra parameters to the revision history on a drawing?

Can this be done?

I'm currently creating our titleblock and would like to fully use the revision function in Revit.

Our company standard titleblock has 3 sets of initials in the revision history on the titleblock. BY / CHECKED / APPROVED

At the moment I can can only get the automatic revision history to show ISSUED BY and ISSUED TO with no options to add additional parameters which will then show up in the project revision dialogue box.

I have discussed this with the powers that be in my company and they are very insistent that we continue to have the 3 sets of initials on every revision history. The only workaround I can think of is to draw using lines and text the final 2 boxes, then as a revision is added to the drawing, add text to fill in the last 2 initials to keep them happy. But this moves us away from the automatic revision features of Revit and is prone to errors and being missed.

Has anyone else wanted additional parameters in the revision box like us and if so, how have you got around it?
