Default Set Format of Copied Text

Summary: The ability to copy text from an external program and have the option to match the format of the existing mtext you are pasting that text into.

Description: I wish text copied from a document or e-mail and pasted into the middle of a m-text would use the existing format of that mtext, or at least have the option to toggle to
[use new format] or [keep current formatting].

How Used: I pasted a note from an e-mail into an existing note and had to change font, height, color and case. By the time I had done those changes on the 15 words I copied I probably could have re-typed them

    Feature Affinity: MText

Certainly useful but only with the toggle option.

I paste to Notepad to avoid the format copied from external program.
First paste to Notepad and then copy from there and paste to Mtext-editor.

I use that in email, Office products, AutoCAD, etc… more than Paste. Why doesn't Windows have a standard keyboard shortcut for it?

That'd be nice, wouldn't it? (does MS have a wishlist system? )

There are a ton of apps out there for it. I use Ditto as a clipboard manager and use the hotkeys for pasting as text.

You can also paste as normal then highlight the text, right click>Remove Formatting.
