CAD drawing compensation

I have been providing freelance CAD service for architects providing As-Built survey sketch, photos, As-Built AutoCAD drawings at $40/hr for survey and $30/hr for CAD . Deliverables are hardcopy sheets and photos.

Now the architects want to use my REVIT model and AutoCAD files so a strucutal engineer can do analysis w/o having to redraw the REVIT model or the AutoCAD files.

What is a fair compensation for a REVIT model and AutoCAD As-Built files?

I would say charge them whatever you think is fair based on the time and investment that you've put into the model.
