Default window family: the elements don't follow the parametric height

OK, I figured out what the problem is.

Now this is my next question,. I was able to make the width without any problem: meaning when I change the width,

the mullion, glazing, rough opening, all follow the width.

But the height doesn't work that way, what's the reason of it?

    See attached file.

    Thanks in advance.
