    Default CAD/BIM Manager

I am a CAD Manager (and have been, on and off for as long as I can remember). I am looking to move up to BIM Manager. I have already trained on Revit. Anyone any suggestions as to what further training I should seek. I am Building Services and Mechanical Biaised.

Definitely Navisworks. And personally, I would look into applying BIM in the field, using tablets and such.

Maybe a management course, and HR training should be in the plan

not a course I'd want to teach -- I just know that I know enough to know that I don't know what I don't know.

and yes, that makes sense |8-{)>

A lot of the diplomacy, negotiation, and presentation skills can be developed through Toastmasters if there is one in the area.

Know what to do personally and what to delegate; finding the balance can be a little tricky.
