Dialog Box with Exclamation point

We just installed 2013 and now when closing out 2012 we get a dialog box with an exclamtion point, any ideas???

It's a known problem, but it doesn't appear to harm anything.
You can ignore it.

Apparently, Revit has the same issue and this article says a repair of .NET will cure it.
