Default How do I rotate points, then align, and move the selected points

How do I rotate points, then align, and move the selected points. I tried this using align command but it only rotated the text and did not change the coordinates in the database. I am using Land Desktop 2004. I asked this question in another AutoCAD forum and I get many views but zero replys. Can someone help? Please.

    HI
been a while since I used LDD unfortunately. to move the points you need to look under the point tab on the menu bar. I think your going to look for translate like I said been awhile. then you will find the rotate points command in the same menu. be careful with the rotate, it is very specific on how to enter the degrees to rotate
