    Default curved ramp

I am trying to draw a curved ramp that is 4'4" wide starting at 0 going up to 2'8" with an outer radius of 19' and inner radius of 14'8" .
I've got the outline of the object in polylines but I cannot make it a solid.
I need it to be a 3D solid object, not a mesh or surfaces.
    Anyone have any advice??

like always with AutoCAD there are multiple ways to do this.

to create the solid you can extrude the poly line, or use the BO(boundary) command which can make a poly line or region that you can extrude. or you can press pull from the enclosed area. you can make two cylinders and then subtract one from the other.

as for the rake of the ramp you could use 3r(3d rotate) or you could use sl(slice) to slice it to the angle you want, all depending on what look you are after.

    hope this helps

or you can create a section throught the ramp, place it three times along the centreline path and use the LOFT command.

Prior suggestions sound too hard to me (I don't even understand how the first suggestion would even work - maybe an example should be posted).

I would simply Sweep a rectangle along a Helix.

    Does this help?
You didn't specify an angle so I've made it 90 degrees.

Edit - oops, it's in millimetres - scale up by 25.4.
