Default Associating architectural elements to spaces

I am trying to schedule the window areas, doors openings, and wall areas of a space. Does anyone know if it's possible to create a schedule showing the space#(room#) then the architectural elements associated within that space?

I want to pull the wall areas, wall directions, glass areas, and door openings into a schedule so that we can input that info in to Trane Trace.

Have you tried exporting the space data to gbXML and then importing that into Trace? That would save you a ton of time as opposed to creating a new model in Trace.

We are in the process on implementing this right now. I have heard of some differences of 10-20% when using gbxml vs manual input. Once we get the accuracy figured out we will most likely just use the gbxml's. Until then everyone is a little gun-shy to rely on Revit for accurate results.
