    Default Braced Frame symbols direction

Is there a way to switch the direction a braced frame member is going (top to bottom/bottom to top) without removing it and remodeling it?

I know this is a bit late but no, there is no easy way to do this unless for some reason you have the brace only referencing the columns. The brace isn't actually aware that it's connected to both a beam and a column so it references one or the other at each end. Check the properties of the brace to see what the start and end attachments are currently.
