Default From Revit MEP to Facilities Management software

Does anyone have any experience with any FM software? And how has the transfer of information from Revit to the FM software been? Any lost data? Or have you just simply created a spreadsheet to keep track of equipment maintenance?

At this point, we don't have a CAFM installed, and our CMMS is not capable of talking to Revit easily. The call center staff tend to do manual input of equipment data into our current workorder system's database.

We are going to be upgrading to a CMMS from this century (FINALLY) within the next few months. As soon we are up and running with that, I intend to try out Autodesk's Labs Maximo Integration and seeing how that works for us.

Once I do, I'll be posting about my experiences in the Facility Management forum.

Anytime. I'd be thrilled if anyone else was able to chime in. No one I've spoken to has used the IBM or Archibus connectors with Revit yet, so I'm not sure what I'm in for.
