“Help” Randomly Executes

Hello fellow Civil 3D users,

I have just installed AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013. I have noticed that throughout the duration of operation the “Help” function randomly starts up without me executing the command.

Obviously this is a glitch so I was wondering if any others had encountered the same problem and if the is a solution or a patch.

I have a similar problem in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012. I randomly get messages that won't close until I press F1 (which opens a help-related window). I haven't found anything yet that seems to trigger this, but I can't help but wonder if there is a button or something that I'm accidentally hitting.

I vaguely remember something on that. I think the solution was to repair the install.

Yes, I did find a solution for the issue I was having. Under Options>Display, the "Show ToolTips" box was checked.
