Default Assembly Insert Constraint and Lock Rotation

Summary: Add a Lock Rotation option to the Insert Constraint.

Description: This would provide 1 constraint to remove all 6 degrees of freedom between 2 components. This would be especially useful for fasteners. There wouldn't be a chance of them rotating and therefore causing a change to the drawing views. You would actually be able to use the "Degrees of Freedom" display in an assembly to determine which parts are under constrained.

I think it's what the new joint feature (R2014) does with the rotation joint.

Don't we have this function now with the new relationships?
