Default Moving 2-pole breakers in panel schedule

I couldn't find this issue in any other thread, but sorry if this is duplicative.

I have a pretty full panel schedule in my project in Revit 2013 and I have a mix of 1- and 2-pole circuit breakers. Moving 1-pole breakers around is made pretty easy by using the "lock" feature (locking breakers that I don't want to change position). But 2-pole breakers will not "jump over" locked breakers. The only way to move them around is to unlock a path for them and let them bulldoze through everything.

Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks!

You could potentially just un-circuit and re-circuit the 2-pole circuit. If everything else in the panel is locked, it will re-circuit the breaker in whatever space is left in it (which can be right where you want it). For big panels (>42 circuits) this may be easier than bulldozing them down through the single pole breakers.
