Elevation Symbol on a Legend

I can't seem to place the elevation symbol on a legend. This seems to me to be the least standard of the standard symbols out of the box. From that standpoint, it is probably the most important symbol to include on a symbol legend. I am missing something?

I realize an elevation tag is a system family and that's probably why Revit doesn't allow you to place one in a legend view...

Any workarounds?? create a detail component of one?

Yes, - make a section head that looks like an elevation tag and use that.

Has anything changed in the past 2 years or are we still stick creating a fake version of a tag we hate to begin with?
