Titleblock on tab "disappears" when doing a zoom extents

We have a layout tab in one or our drawings that goes wacky when you do a zoom exents in the view.

Can someone please take a look at the attached dwg and offer any suggestions that may help fix this problem?

There are objects far away from your titleblock, that's why when you zoom extents your title block will disappear.
Try to do this:

Command: e
ERASE
Select objects: all ----> Select all objects in layout
3 found
1 was the paper space viewport.

Select objects: r -----> Type R to remove selection. After you type R then enter, window select your title block

Remove objects: Specify opposite corner: 1 found, 1 removed, 1 total

Your title block should be OK now.
