Default Help with Fabric Reinforcement Annotation Weirdness

    Hello All,
This is probably a very simple problem but I just can't find the solution on my own. The annotation tags for the welded wire reinforcement no longer reside inside each sheet of fabric. All of the tags now congregate to my project base point. Each tag has a leader which I can turn off and on but I don't have any other control over where Revit puts the tags, leaders, and symbols. The picture shows what I mean. Anyone's help is appreciated.

I guess this isn't a very common occurance... but I finally figured it out... A reinstall of the product corrected the annotation. I am thinking that I changed some setting and lost track of it along the way... if anyone can explain it I would appreciate it.
    Thanks..
