Help! I've been into Windows 7 > Control Panel > CutePDF > Print Server Properties and created a new paper size. I've then restarted my machine and the paper size is there. But when I go into Revit it's not seeing it! What am I missing?

I'm just going to reawaken this post after a long pause.
Once again I'm investigating how paper sizes in printers/plotters are handled. I want to be able to make a list of printer paper sizes and have this list available to all Revit users in the Print Setup dialogue for all printers/plotters.

Anyone know how to do this?
Are you adding paper sizes to your PDF program through the control panel as I show in my image. Not sure how it works for CutePDF but it works fine for Adobe. Also if you want this list for all printers/plotters you need to add them to each one separately.
