    Default New to AutoCAD 2012

    Hello all,
I've been working in 2010 but was recently upgraded to 2012. I've got everything mostly set up the way it was but I have noticed a few differences that I don't care for and have yet to find a solution.

    1. When I type in a comman it pops up in a dialog box next to the pointer. Any way to get rid of that so the text gets entered into the command prompt instead of the mouse box?

    2. The cross hair no longer snaps to the grid if you are not in a command or have an object pick point selected.

    1. Turn DYNamic input off. Bottom of the screen, if letters are showing it will show DYN, otherwise it is the 5th icon from the right, bottom middle of the screen. Or hit F12.

    2. There is a SP for 2012 that will add a SNAPGRIDLEGACY command, set that to 1.
