Automatic ceiling placement not working

That's what I thought too, but it involved placement of some existing ceilings that will be demolished in the new construction phase anyway, so I've sidestepped the issue & just placed the new ceilings. That process went a little better, though not quire so automatic as it should. No need to explore it further.
