How can I smooth this segmented polyline to an arc?

Hello there,

Can I get someone to please help me smooth this out? If you look at the image it shows the "Stepped" arc and what was imported after creating the file in sketchup originally. I am trying to laser cut a lot of pieces smoothly.

What commands do I need to use?

It depends on exactly what you want and how accurate you need to be but a reasonable start can be had by using the command PEdit + option Spline.

The image shows your #1 profile copied in red and splined.

I used a third party program called GeoTools to weed the shorter segments out, resulting in a less jagged overall polyline (with fewer vertices, too).

Original polyline is white, optimized polyline is yellow.
