Angry Change Units From imperial to metric

Hello, i have started using Structural detailing for a few days now and i have been in a problem regarding the units. Basically the starting units are in imperial so no problem creating reinforcement plans, sections, etc. When i change from job preferences to metric the dimensions are all over the screen and can hardly see the reinforcement.Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The problem is that you've started with an Imperial Template.
Click New and load RBCX-40 (which is the code for Romania). Also, the Active view is scale 1:20. You can change that scale in Object Inspector.
