Reference line?

Hello everyone,
I was trying out to create a 2 shutter window ,my intentention was showing openable shutters so i placed my reference line using intersection as my snap pt, for the 1st shutter it rotates well along the angle i specify, but now if i place another reference line for the other shutter it moves the origin of the ist reference line.
Can we not have 2 reference lines in a family?

You can have more than one.

Are you align / locking the reference line(s) origin to both the face of the wall (or other reference plane) and the edge of the window (or other reference plane?

If you only want open/closed it may be easier to place the shutter in both positions, then use visibility to turn on/off and make on not equal off so you can toggle one or the other automatically.
