    Default Spaces, Ceilings and Plenums

Summary: Revit MEP Spaces inherently recognizes that the space volume above a ceiling is a plenum.

Description: Currently to define a plenum in a Revit model we have to place two spaces one for the space below the ceiling and one above the ceiling. The space above the ceiling is then changed to a "plenum" space type.

It would be a more efficient and accurate analytical model if Revit MEP "Spaces" inherently recognized that the space volume above a ceiling plane is a "Plenum". The Spaces category needs a "Average Ceiling Height" parameter that can be added to a "space schedule" and added to the Gbxml schema.

There appears to be two different wishes here. One for automatic recognition of plenum and another for an average ceiling height parameter. Please revise this wish to drop the 2nd item and create a new wish for the 2nd item.
