Default View Template Doesn't Apply Settings

I have a view template set to assign to new interior elevation views. One of the settings the view template controls is graphic display set to hidden line. The problem is any new interior elevation view I create is set to wireframe. The view template is assigned, but somehow the setting is not. I have to choose a different view template for the view, and then set it back to the correct one to get it to go back to hidden line. Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong?

It's working fine here. Are you using 2013?

Yep. Although I am now finding it to be inconsistent. If I create a new view using some of my previously placed hubs the error occurs, but if I create a completely new view using the Elevation tool, it is applied correctly. I wonder if the hub was created before we implemented the view template standard, and is now using whatever its original settings were upon creation...

Edit: I just tested that theory, and cannot replicate the error.

Yes, it is. Was this a known issue in 2012?
