    Default Revit mep

    Hi guys really new to revit and have worked through the architecture side but would like to learn about the mep side. Does anybody know where i can get some help in creating my own pipe and fittings? Because we use hep20 and there isnt any in the programme.

    Autodesk has a MEP Families guide that has some tutorials that will help you with learning how to create a pipe fitting. See Chapter 12 for a pipe elbow fitting tutorial. If you can figure out how to model a pipe fitting, you should be able to model almost anything Regarding pipes types, you can duplicate an existing one and edit the properties to create what you need.

    (FYI - The tutorials are for 2010, but the concepts haven't changed.)
