by mistake my cursor was rotated i did all the basic things to bring it back like changing ucs,snaping,etc but i am not success to bring it in original position plz if someone have authentic idea about this plz don't post silly answer.

cursor rotated? I cant visualise, could you screen shot what you mean?
Could be UCS,
Could be dview, then twist
Could be mvsetup, align, rotate view.
Probably holding down shift whilst paning if its accidental.
as murph says "plan, world" should put it right.
As others have mentioned could be rotated cursor or dview twist/rotated view.. (and I can't believe it isn't one of these things)
(command: UCS> World <enter>) (command: Plan <enter>)
And/OR
(command: Snapang > 0.00 <enter>)

I think he might have tried snapang, which he spelt as snaping
Wow ... in that case this is really wierd. I think all possibilities have been noted. If the OP could respond as to if it's sorted or not - it would be appreciated.
