Radius & Translation Question

Hello All,

I have a question regarding a dim on the drawing I'm redrawing. It shows a radius value, but in front of the value are the letters "ca". Refer to screenshot.

Also on the same pic is a German not, but cannot figure out what the first word is, I believe the second word is "Polish"

I don't know if German people use it but, in English "ca." is short for the latin "circa" which means "approximately".
"einlauf schragen" (two words) translates as "incoming oblique" so I'd guess that it refers to the taper. So, "Face of chamfer to be polished" would seem reasonable and would agree with the 0,6 micrometre surface finish.
