Default PROBLEMS WITH GETTING PART LAYOUTS TO DRAWING ASD 2011

As a novice, i have "learned" to make drawings of assemblies using manual method vs. using "Automatic Drawing ".

I sucessfully made drawing of 5 Position Assemblies with seperate details of all plates attached to main
profile member. The assembly detail was put on the template drawing sheet using the "Add as a block
to the current layout". Each plate position was made into a drawing and moved to the template drawing.
I made changes to the assembly layout detail dimensions to improve "read ability". the part layouts were also changed for the same reason.

    Problem 1.
I started to make a detail drawing of another Assembly Position (B19). I think I used the same procedure to generate layouts of the assembly and all parts as before but something is wrong. The assembly & beam layout drawings will transfer to the drawing sheet. All plates are noted as drawings in the Object Inspector, but when I use the "Adds as a block to the current layout", the

    Command: RBCT_ADDALLBLOCKREFTOPRING
    REGENERATING MODEL
    COMMAND: regeall
The plate layouts do not transfer to the drawing.

What could cause this error to happen?

    Problem 2.
No bolts are shown in the bolt list.

    Problem 1. Try restarting ASD.
Problem 2. You have to be more explicit. You have to make a group, create a drawing and when prompted, choose All.
