top of elevation parameter

Summary: I am not sure why autodesk would not include a top of elevation parameter in 2013 revit structure. engineering needs both top and bottom, especially the trade contractors!

Description: for isolated foundations, floor slabs, walls, columns a shared parameter of top of elevation would be super helpful for fabrication and installion in the field.
autodesk needs to be understanding to the fact the not only architects and engineerings use their products.
my guys in the field need to know top and bottom of caisson caps, isolated foundations, walls, and columns.

Resolved in Revit 2015, I believe.
