Autocad 2013 Error Message?

To AUGI: There is no "prefix" drop-down list just above my "Title" text box? No way to select year? Please advise.


Now to my Question:
I was experiencing a slowdown in system response, so I ran the MS Config. utility. everything worked as planned, computer is running much faster.

However, when starting up AutoCAD 2013, I get this error dialog: "The security system (softlock license manager) is not functioning or is improperly installed."

All my other programs run fine, so, is there a simple fix for this problem?

Not sure what you changed in MSConfig, but this KB article suggests that making changes in here can affect licensing.
