Civil 3D 2011 google earth extension

Was looking to download the Google Earth Extension pack for civil 2011 but it is no longer available.

does anyone have the .exe file sitting on thier machine that could load it to a ftp, would be greatly appreciated if you could.

In Civil <2013 the IMPORTGExxxx commands are normally available, without any extensions...

i maybe wrong about this but it sounded like the extension pack allowed the exported surface .kml file to have color added to them, instead of showing as white in google earth.
