Beams in plan view shown under slab ????

Hi I have an annoying issue that im struggling to find the solution to !
Is there a way that in a plan view I can see my beams solid underneath a slab or stair ? (Please see attachment for a better idea what I mean)
I do not want to see the lines of the beam hidden.

Adjust the slabs surface transparency

if i do that then the slab becomes clear, i want the slab to stay light grey but the beam appear solid ???

Why can't you override the graphics in that view for all beams to show a solid line when hidden?
That should do what you want.
And if you want that across the project, change it globally within your object styles.

How are you applying the grey shading to your slab? What is your visual Style?
I tend to make all my floors 100% transparency. From there, I'd probably apply a filter to my floor slab(s) to change the surface pattern to grey.

Do you make youre floors 100% transparent in visability graphics or by overide graphics ?? I cant seem to get youre way to work ! hmmm !
