Dimension Text has Perpendicular Line at end of text only when printed.

I have a file with several dimension that are printing a perpendicular line only when printed. Not sure where it is coming from. Any help would be appreciated. I am uploading image & DWG for your use.

I was unable to duplicate your issue. I printed to PDF, DWF and Hardcopy without seeing those line segments.

Do you see this regardless of the method or device that you use?

Interisting. The image was taken from the PDF, it appears when printed directly to Kip plotter and to printers. Also occurs on two additional computers.
