Revit 2013 Material Library Crash

Please help! Revit crashes when I attempt to open the materials library. I've installed the second service pack but it did not resolve the issue. It crashes from the Manage/Materials tab on the ribbon as well as within wall assemblies while trying to edit the materials. Is there a fix for this?

I'd also like to know. It's happened to me off-and on for the past few months. Have learned to press Ctrl+S before opening the materials at all - burned myself plenty with lost work
