Services linetypes plotting incorrectly AutoCAD

AutoCAD standard service linetypes eg. hot water supply, gas line etc. displaying much too large scale in paperspace but correct in modelspace

Set:
LTSCALE = 1.0 (or some factor close to that, like maybe 0.5?)
PSLTSCALE = 1
MSLTSCALE = 1
and set your annotative scale in MS and the viewports correctly.

Then "RegenAll".

(Make sure the linetype scale of the entities themselves = 1.0)
