Follow Surface is an option that becomes available in the Options Bar when you are in the Conceptual Massing enviroment, and drawing lines. It allows you to draw on the surface of an object, or pick lines that are part of that surface. Would you lease provide a link to the Wiki page where you found this so we can get some context? Also, what are you trying to accomplish?
