Default Constraining generic model to Ref.Line

I m unable to understand why a gen model Sq Grill when aligned lock to Ref line in window family shows overconstraint message while flexing the parameters for movement of the Ref. line.
Attached family is a window family which has a bay grill in front. I need the side grills to flex with Ref Lines so that wall side ends of side grills can be widen or narrow.
Any suggestion will be of great help
    Thanks

Is the width parameter of the grill family a type or instance parameter? It should work if it is an instance parameter, but not a type parameter. That said, I would align and lock the grill centerline to the centerline reference in the window family, then set the grill width parameter to equal the window width parameter. I generally have more success with this method than just trying to lock a nested family to ref planes.

    No family attached.
You can start by checking to make sure that the parameter controlling the size of the grille is an instance parameter not a type parameter.

The problem is not in the grill family as all it's instant parm are linked in the host window family. All parms of grill are fully flexing through window family. Actually the grill is aligned & locked on a ref line to change angle, as Ref plane can't be use for this purpose. Befor imposing grill on ref.line there is no problem in the angle movement of Ref. line, but as I impose the grill on Ref. line, the problem starts.
This time I failed to upload family, though it is only 500K. Even it's Zip is not getting uploaded. I dont know why it is so. Is there any trick to attach the files. My quta of attaching files have been exceeded by more than 56 MB., so how can I remove the earlier attached files, as there is no button for deleting them.

    Dimitri Harvalias
In the attached file I imposed the grill on left side Ref.line. When I change the Param "Width at Wall" message for Remove Constraint appears.
Now look in the file I posted yesterday, where no such problem arise while changing the same param. In that case grill is not imposed on Ref.line.
I hope you can find the fault in attached files .
    Thanks
