Default Panel and Circuit number not showing in Schedule

Thought I saw another thred on this before but couldnt find it....anyways The HVAC equipment our mechanical guy is using will not repor the Panel and Circuit Number into my motor circuit schedule. I've run into this in the past where I've had to edit the family rename it and then the two parameters would show up in the schedule after switching to the renamed family. Anyone else running into this problem? It's a pain as it should already work right? haha Oh yeah and there are no other connectors in the family.

make sure the parameters in the connector are linked to the shared parameters that appear in your schedule

The panel and circuit number(s) are typically built right into the project so there isnt any linking to do on the user end. It's a little puzzling.
